Whether your dog is already trained, in need of some fine-tuning, or a young prospect looking for a solid start, our summer training sessions are the perfect answer to push your dog to the top of his game during the off season.
What We Do
We are professional, year-round dog trainers. We can board, feed and train your dog on a monthly basis. We also schedule Individual Sessions for owners who would like to learn training and handling techniques.
What You Get
Your dog will be boarded in a private run with his own feed, water, and bed. The runs are secure, well ventilated, and fully sheltered. We feed premium dog food on a regulated schedule to maintain optimum weight and muscle mass.
While your dog is here, it will receive training appropriate to your needs and its skill level. Skills include, but are not limited to, Whoa Training, Here/Come Training, Retrieving, Intro to Gunfire, E-Collar Conditioning, Kenneling on Command, and Holding Steady to Wing.
Each dog receives personal attention and one-on-one time with Aaron, a professional and licensed dog trainer, as well as excellent socialization from our family.

Whoa Broke: When told "whoa" your dog will stop and look to you for direction.
Here Broke: Your dog will come to a verbal “Here.”
Whistle Broke: Your dog will come in when called by a whistle.
Birds: Your dog will experience hunt situations with live birds.
Handle: Your dog will learn all this, and become a joy to hunt over.

We are excited to report that we are due to to have puppies just a few days into the New Year. This will be the first time Gun Dog Road Pups have been available for sale as puppies. Pictures and pedigrees will be uploaded as soon as they are born.
